Use of an external merchandise management system
We use a merchandise management system for contract processing within the scope of order processing. For this purpose, your personal data collected during the ordering process will be transferred to Magento, Navision.

Duration of storage
After complete contract processing, the data will first be stored for the duration of the warranty period, then in accordance with statutory retention periods, in particular tax and commercial law, and then deleted after the expiry of the period, unless you have consented to further processing and use.

Rights of the data subject
If the legal requirements are met, you have the following rights under Articles 15 to 20 of the GDPR: right to information, right to rectification, right to erasure, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability.
